    What is a trip transfer? How does it work?

    Can't make it on your trip? We allow travelers to fully transfer (or sell) their package to a new traveler from their school as long as it is paid in full and we are more than 30 days away from the trip start date. A new traveler is someone who does not have a deposit down or money down on the same trip! JusCollege does not help or handle the reimbursements, this is between the two travelers. 

    Be advised: Changing your name/contact information on your account is not considered or recognized a transferred order by JusCollege. Changing your contact information may result in the new person not being able to depart on the flight or check in for the trip with us.  

    Subject to third-party carrier/service provider restrictions, you may submit transfers for flight packages to info@swatup.com more than 30 days from the trip start date and you may reach out and request an exception if we are within 30 days.

    Subject to third-party carrier/service provider restrictions, you may submit transfers for land package to info@swatup.com more than 15 days from the trip start date and you may reach out and request an exception if we are within 15 days.

    Email must contain : Full name, Email, Phone Number, Gender, Date of Birth
