Coronavirus Update: Domestic
We wanted to reach out as we’ve had some questions about how the Coronavirus (Covid-19) is going to affect everyone’s travel. Currently there are no travel restrictions domestically and all our trips are going ahead as planned.
We would like to highlight that all recent travel restrictions instituted by the U.S. do not apply to any of our Spring Break destinations and do not apply to U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., immediate family members of U.S. citizens or others identified in the official proclamation.
As a result of recent developments, we are doing our best to see where we can honor partial refunds. They will only be possible if the vendors we are working with agree to refunds as we have already incurred costs associated with bookings. If you make the difficult decision to not go on your Spring Break experience, we will let you know if any part of your experience can be refunded within 45 days. We encourage you to check the terms and conditions of your travel insurance for the scope of coverage to understand your options prior to departure and during your travels.
We hope that you choose to enjoy your Spring Break with us - we are currently in week two of hosting this year’s spring break in Cabo and have had almost 5,000 travelers, all with no issues. Flights have been fully operational and we have had nearly 100% turn out. Our events are completely operational with zero impact from COVID-19 thus far.
